The Crew is the ManifestWorks community of monthly donors, giving those we serve a first chance at a career and in life.

Your monthly donation helps remove barriers to employment for people impacted by homelessness, incarceration or foster care–and your steady, incremental support allows our lean organization to focus on changing lives.

100% of your monthly donation goes directly to our training, placing and supporting participants and alumni working to build a better life.

The Crew supports job training, mental health services and financial assistance to 165 alumni, a number that grows each year.
This community will keep participants and alumni on track to earn an annualized salary of $62,075 (up from $12,517 they earned as applicants).
Your recurring donation provides all ManifestWorkers with counseling and life skills resources anytime, at any point in their lives.
The impact is life changing: 100 percent of ManifestWorks alumni say they have something important to contribute to society and that their life has a sense of direction and meaning.

How will I know how my donation is being used?
We believe you should know exactly how your donation is working to support participants and alumni who have experienced homelessness, incarceration and the foster care system in their career journey.
Our model ensures that 100% of your donation will go directly towards helping one of our ManifestWorks participants or alumni.
Additionally, in our regular updates - you will see a breakdown of exactly how your donations are being used and stories from the individuals you are helping!
