Hiring ManifestWorkers

To hire one of our well-trained participants or alumni as set or office PAs, we ask teams to reach out to Manifest Program Manager Young Ji Young@manifestworks.org with:

• the days of the gig,

• the rate,

• the production company,

• any other key info.

Depending on your preference, we can share resumes for longer term gigs or lock in names for commercials.

Additionally, alumni work in all aspects of production, as coordinators, supervisors, in sound, camera, as grips, gaffers, in art, and crafty. While many alumni stay busy, we are always happy to try to connect our skilled alumni for teams who are looking for more specialized talents. Again, reach out to Young@manifestworks.org with:

Tax incentives for hiring ManifestWorkers

California provides tax incentives for TV, Film and post-production shooting and working in the state. Additionally, crews that hire from ManifestWorks are eligible for additional financial incentives. The California Film Commission can explain the eligibility process.
